Some programs and games when you
are installing it, it requires .NetFramework to be installed for program or
game to work correctly. When you try to install NetFramework it gives you an
error, or it tells you to try later. To fix this issue, follow the methods
below.
Method 1
First check if NetFramework you want to
install is already installed in your computer, if you already have it
installed, it will not be installed again and it can be the reason for getting an
error when trying to install it.
Go to RUN, in Run type REGEDIT, then click OK
Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then go down to
SOFTWARE, MICROSOFT, .NETFRAMEWORK
Click
on the arrow beside .NETFRAMEWORK, you will see what version is installed in
your machine , you will find something like v 4.0.30319.
If you found
v.3.5 installed, then no need to install it again
Method
2
Go to Control Panel, choose Uninstall a
program, click on Turn Windows Features On or Off
Make sure it is marked beside .Net Framework
3.5 (includes .Net 2.0 and 3.0) Click OK
Try
again to download .Net Framework. If it gave you the same error go to method 3

Go to Search, type SERVICES, scroll down to
Windows Update, make sure it is not disabled.
If It's
disabled, right click on it, choose properties, beside Start Up Type, change it
to Automatic, or Automatic delayed, from drop down menu. Then click on Apply,
Ok
Try to download .Net Framework package you
need to install, it will be downloaded and installed without any problem.
