How To Connect VirtualBox Guest To Internet

To have Internet access from within your VirtualBox guest make sure your network settings are configured correctly

Follow the Steps below and Watch Video 

STEPS

1) Go to VirtualBox Settings

2) From Settings Choose Network

3) Under Adapter 1 make sure Network Adapter is enabled 

4) Then Attached to Choose Bridged Adapter

5) Beside Name Select your host machine Ethernet card/wireless card

6) Click down on Advanced 

7) Beside Adapter Type Choose Intel pro/1000MT Desktop (82540EM)

8) Promisuous mode choose Allow VMS

9) Make sure Cable connected is checked 

10) Click Ok to Save and close Settings
